MENTAT TERMS OF SERVICE

How you accept these terms.

You accept by clicking "Agree and continue" when you sign in to Mentat. Provider records your identity, your organization, the version you accepted, and the date and time. If these terms change materially, Provider will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

1. Who may use Mentat.

Access is invite-only. You may use Mentat only if Provider or your organization has issued you an authorized login. There is no public signup. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and authorized to act for your organization.

2. Relationship to your organization's agreement.

If your organization has signed a Cloud Service Agreement with Provider, that agreement governs the commercial relationship and controls over these terms in any conflict. These terms govern your individual use of the product.

3. What Mentat does.

Mentat captures technician voice input, structures it into priced recommendations using AI, routes those recommendations through human operator review, and writes approved estimates back into your organization's field-service system. Recommendations are generated by AI and reviewed by a human operator before they become a customer-facing estimate.

4. Your account.

You are responsible for activity under your login. Keep your credentials secure, do not share your account, and tell Provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use.

You will not: reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service; probe, scan, or attempt to defeat the tenant isolation or security controls; scrape or bulk-extract data except through features provided for that purpose; use Mentat unlawfully or to submit data you are not authorized to submit; or submit special-category or regulated data unless a separate written addendum authorizes it.

6. Data and privacy.

Data you and your organization submit belongs to your organization, as set out in the Cloud Service Agreement. Provider handles personal data as described in the Mentat Privacy Policy at mentathq.com/privacy, incorporated by reference.

7. AI output.

Mentat's recommendations are AI-generated and pass through human operator review before becoming estimates. Provider does not warrant that AI output is complete or error-free. Operators and users exercise their own professional judgment on what to approve and send.

8. Intellectual property.

Fieldcraft Systems, Inc. owns Mentat and all associated intellectual property. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is authorized. No other rights are granted.

9. Suspension.

Provider may suspend your access for a violation of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Where the issue is fixable, resolving it restores access. Your access is also tied to your organization's active subscription.

10. Disclaimers.

Except as stated in a signed Cloud Service Agreement, the service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Where your organization has a signed agreement, that agreement's warranty and liability terms control, and these terms do not expand Provider's liability beyond it.

11. Changes.

Provider may update these terms. Material changes trigger a re-acceptance prompt at sign-in. Continued use after you accept a new version means you agree to it.

12. Governing law.
